If you have issues with breakouts, blackheads and enlarged pores and are searching for a simple product to add to your skincare collection, try this product! Each pad contains AHA (Glycolic Acid 10%) and BHA (Salicylic Acid 2% ) and alcohol (46%). These ARE NOT FOR THE SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES. This is a very strong product and if used on the wrong skin type, will cause burning and drying of the skin. However, if you are one of the lucky individuals who can use just about anything on your skin, then this product will cleanse the skin, clear up acne blemishes, minimize pore size, fight blackheads and regulate healthy cell turnover with it’s anti-aging ingredients.
These pads are dual sided. So I start with the side that has more texture to it because I know it will help exfoliate my skin and then finish with the other side. There is a slight peach scent, which I have to say I didn’t love. It still smelled medicated to me, but it could be worse. There are other ingredients in this like Arginine, Allantoin, Whole Leaf Aloe Vera, Chamomile and Green Tea. They will help fight free radical damage, hydrate and soothe the skin. They can be used used twice daily, but I highly recommend starting out slow at first and gradually building you usage up.
I found out that I couldn’t use this product. With my fair skin type and sensitive skin, it was way too much for me to handle, but I could handle the other product they sold called Gentle Complexion Correction Pads (found here www.sephora.com). I really do suggest that if you are at all sensitive to any AHA’s or BHA’s, please try the Gentle Pads.
These are a great product to try if you are looking for a power packed little pad that will exfoliate and clear up any issues you are having with acne, blackheads, pores and line and wrinkles. The container holds 60 pads and retails for $36.00. I found this product at Sephora and Ulta, plus online at Peter Thomas Roth Website.
