I came up with this Grilled Chicken Tacos w/ Mago Salsa Recipe to give me a Taco that was fulfilling, but also tasted just as good, if not better, than the greasy tacos I used to enjoy so much. I’m pretty sure I succeeded. Plus, this is also a great meal that can be made ahead of time and served for dinner super quickly!
