If you missed it during the Holiday’s last year, then today is your lucky day! Hourglass Cosmetics announced that the Ambient Lighting Palette is back in stock on their website. Place your orders ASAP as they will probably sell out again. These have become extremely popular in the beauty world and they are fantastic powder options that you can really have fun playing with! Here’s more information from Hourglass:
Create your perfect light with this palette featuring three shades of Ambient Lighting Powder. Each of the high-tech, soft-focus finishing powders recreates an exquisitely flattering light source. The powders can be applied individually or layered to imbue skin with a multidimensional glow.
DIM LIGHT: A neutral peach beige powder that blurs imperfections and highlights a radiant complexion with the perfect balance of warm and cool tones.
INCANDESCENT LIGHT (EXCLUSIVE TO THE PALETTE): An opalescent pearl powder that brightens the complexion with a celestial glow.
RADIANT LIGHT: A sun-kissed golden beige that enhances the overall complexion with believable, subtle warmth, and also extends a summer glow
I’m so excited that they brought back this palette. I’ll be honest and say that when they showed a teaser of a dimly light palette on Twitter the other day, I was hoping for a sort of “build your own palette” that consisted of your choice of 3 of their blushes and/or powders, but hey, I’ll take this! These powders normally retail for $45.00 EACH and you are getting 3 (slightly smaller) for only $58.00 and one of the powders is exclusive to this palette. Even if you are the least bit curious, place an order. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! Happy Shopping!

YES!!!! I got mine as soon as I heard. I was so mad that I didn’t just get one at Christmas! YAY!!
It’s a fantastic palette! I hope you love it!
I have heard some much about these! Do you really think they’re worth it? How so? $58 sounds like a lot! I did swatch one of their blushes when I was at a sephora and it was gorgeous!
I know the price tag is crazy scary, but if you are looking for a good, realistic powder that can truly mimic what certain lighten can do to the skin, this is a great option. It applies nicely and it’s just a gorgeous powder. I also love their blushes. They are just gorgeous when applied to the skin. However, there are a lot cheaper alternatives. If the price point is scary, I’d possibly check out some of those.
